Technology Planning for Startup:  Provided technology planning support to healthcare education startup.

IT Operations Assessment:  Served as executive lead of an assessment team to both objectively determine current state of IT operation capabilities and design a multi-year improvement roadmap.  Developed assessment methodology incorporating ITIL and CMM frameworks.
